I just purchased a new YS 640 on a comp cart. I have a GMG as well as a BGE and 2 Backwoods cookers as well. I compete occasionally on the Florida BBQ circuit, and have done well with many top 10 s and I am looking to pick it up a little cooking my big meats on the new Yoder.

I live in Daytona Beach and it is an issue getting good smoking wood here so that was a big factor in my decision.

With no dealers in the area it was a 500 + mile trip one way to pick up my cooker but I felt it was worth it. I got off to a rough start with it on my initial burn off but after a few minutes speaking with Joey I feel much better about my purchase and look forward to getting this cooker on the front line.
