I have been cooking for several years for fun, competition (haven't done much the last couple of years but hope to get back to it next year) and some catering on a couple different Stumps models but decided I wanted to give pellets a try so I purchased a YS640 on a comp cart a few months ago. It is taking a little getting used to, but I am liking it.
Anyways, looking forward to chatting with everyone.
