Well, I have made the decision to go with a Yoder, but which one! Lots of quality here and it makes it tough. I love smoking prime rib, seafood oh heck just about anything! I hope I can add some tips to the forum but I really doubt it. I make the worst brisket you ever wrapped your lips around. I have always used a pellet grill/smoker or the good old kettle grill. I have more time now and I would like to do the stick burner. I cook for about 75 people 2 or 3 times a year. I was thinking about the Chisholm 1. I cooked a 165 pound dressed hog Saturday meaning that his live weight was 230. He measured 48 inches with the head off. The Chisholm should work. I rented the rotisserie for Saturdays cook. What do you guys/gals think?
Thanks,
Goos

Hello and welcome from eastern Iowa !!! The Chisholm is an excellent smoker, I would love one myself. You should consider adding the heat management plate, I have one on my loaded Wichita and it does a great job.
