Hello I'm heading to the UK to live in the next month or two - relocating from Australia. I'm keen to get a smoker that I can use for a small catering business weekends mostly but with some good capacity to scale up when needed. The ys 1500 seems like an obvious choice based on my research so far. The cimerron looks great also. My question is, can you get the cimerron fitted with a guru adapter and charcoal ring and run them with little attention for 6 or so hours overnight. my concern with the stick burners is that I will get too tired cooking overnight to function well the next day serving Hungary customers.

Thoughts and feedback welcomed!!

Cheers

Either cooker would be a great choice. The Cimarron with the addition of a charcoal basket and a Guru would give you 6-8 hours of operation without touching the unit. Let us know if you have any other questions.
