Hi from Iowa

Hi from Northwest Iowa. I am new to pellet grills but not to smoking. I have been using a stick burner for years. The Yoder was recommended to me by a friend that has one and can't say enough good things about his. I am very excited to be a proud owner of my new YS640 and can't wait to see all of the things I can do with it.
