Just received my Loaded Wichita last week and am looking to get at it! Decided to go all in on a Yoder after *years* of big box barrel smokers just not giving me what I want. Feel like I finally made it to the big leagues!!
Managing my diet quite a bit and have lost a fair amount of weight. I'm looking forward to the challenge of folding my new smoker into my routine. There will be the briskets, pork shoulders and the like. But I'm also looking at more chicken and fish to supplement my diet. Anyway, happy to be part of the Yoder family. Love that they're USA!
Happy 4th.
