Hello from Prague!

We import and distribute Yoder Smokers offsets and pellet cookers in Europe. The hunger for American BBQ is exploding over here, and our goal is to get these new pitmasters set up with a quality Yoder product, so that they can be successful. Gas grilling is predominant over here, like everywhere else, but pellet grills are catching on. Offsets are more common here, but nothing matches the quality of the Yoders.
We look forward to learning from all of you experienced pitmasters, as well as providing our inputs and experiences.
It's a great feeling cooking on a Yoder, knowing you've got the best. And darn it, if those carts aren't sexy!!
