Hi all!
I am Fred, leaving in Switzerland
I just received my YS640 and I can't wait the week end to cook my 1st ribs!
In Switzerland people are mostly grilling and don't know much about low and slow cooking/smoking, especially with pellets... I hope that once my neighbors will have tested proper ribs they will be convinced.
If there are other swiss smoker on the forum, ping me I would be interested in knowing where you get your pellets from... (BBQ pellet are so expensive around here)
