New to the forum and Yoder. I purchased an almost new YS480 with comp cart a couple of weeks ago and have done 4 cooks, including a 24 hour marathon Sunday and yesterday. I have owned multiple smokers and can honestly say the Yoder is amazing and cooked some of the best meat I've ever done.
