Posted: May 20th, 2015, 12:12 amwow, what a cooker. hooked up the Stoker just to get a feeling of grate temps. Had a probes evenly spaced from left to right and ran pit to 300, then down to 225 then up to 250. with in 5-6 degrees under requested temp. While the display said something else, the pit was solid at where i wanted it.
Can't wait to get some food on this.
