Wish I would have bought a yoder yeas ago. Baby backs, chicken breast, and brisket over spring break. Man oh man!

Looked for three (3) months at smokers. Traeger, cookshack, MAK, Memphis, and Yoder. I'm amazed at the versitility of this unit over the past few days and now wish I would have bought one years ago.

Absolutely amazing!!!

Tried to post a pick of some ribs, however it says the file is too large.

Let me know some options and I'll post some pics.

Oh yeah, also made home made bbq pork and beans which turned out awesome.

The YS640 is a fine cooker. One bit of advice, buy twice as many pellets as you think you'll need. Food just tastes better cooked on that thing and you'll find yourself using for everything except maybe ice cream.

Anyone in the Portland Oregon metro area needs to go to Sam's NW BBQ Co. (samsnwbbqco.com) to talk with an experienced and honest guy. He is the NW dealer for Yoder and is where I purchased my new pit.

Yup, Sam's takes care of us in the PNW.

Congratulations on the smoker.

+1

Bought both my Yoders from Sam. He's an all around great guy.

I put pictures into "Paint" on my windows based laptop and reduce them.
