1st Yoder smoker buyer. Picked up my Yoder YS640 in Austin last Thursday and smoked a pork butt last weekend. It was delicious. I was pretty impressed how you can just set it and forget it. Once that bad boy gets up to temp, it's downhill from there. Just keep the pellets coming. What an awesome machine. Looking forward to being here.
