Hello from Oklahoma

My wife ordered a Yoder YS480 for me yesterday as a Valentine's present from a store called Everything BBQ in Oklahoma City.
I can't wait to receive it!!!!! I have signed up for this forum and ready to learn about my new grill and smoking/cooking with it. I use to have a little Cookshack Smokette electric smoker but moved on up to the major leagues.
I will use it during the spring and summer season, but LOOK OUT during the NFL season!!!
Is there anything better than a nice cold Schlitz beer and food off the grill??!!
