hello from Topeka KS. Have been using a Louisiana grills Colonial Savannah for eight years. Now a rust/burn through has necessitated a replacement. I wanted something built heavy duty which led me to Yoder Smokers. admittedly I do more grilling than smoking and think I found a great match in the YS640. Just placed my order for a YS640 with Comp Cart yesterday. The 3-4 weeks wait is going to a killer!
