Picked up my YS-640 in Nashville, TN a few weeks ago. Been smoking up a storm since; jerky, salmon, ribs, brisket, chicken, bacon, rib roast. Freezer is full. Retired to SW Ohio after serving in the Nav. Always looking for good recipes or something new to try (I've done alligator in the past). Happy smokes to you all.
