Word's cannot express how excited I am to take delivery of my first Yoder smoker today. I am a Kansas transplant placed out here in the Great NW and look forward to spreading the tradition of BBQ cooking to many. I started cooking a few years back on a Weber kettle, but the cult following of bbq devouring friends is too big to continue with this method. Thus I decided to take the plunge on a finely crafted American made cooker.
Can't wait to get the loaded Wichita loaded up with some delicious BBQ. Had a great experience buying from Sam at Sam's NW BBQ. He's always taken care of me and took the time to help me pick the right smoker. Looking forward to new friends on the forum and around the cooker!
