I finally took the plunge and walked away with the 640. I was most impressed with the positive word of mouth, construction, made in the USA and backed by U.S. Customer service. This grill is the perfect backyard smoker. It makes killer ribs and a beautifully grill marked steak! I am looking forward to some awesome cooks and learning from the group. I have much to learn!
