Just got my YS640 off of Craigslist if you can believe it. I am coming from the GMG family. While the GMG is a great grill it is not in the same class as the Yoder. This has been my dream grill since i first jumped into the pellet smoker arena. I do everything from pies to Beer butt Turkeys. If any of you have any tips or tricks you want to share feel free. I know there will be a learning curve and can't wait to start experimenting. I grill about 300 times a year, if it needs to be heated, the grill gets fired. Looking forward to sharing tips and pics from the Great Northwest. Go Hawks

Hey, welcome.

I'm your neighbor. Actually live across the Narrows Bridge. Looking for someone to buy in on a pallet of pellets. If interested, let me know what kind you like....maybe we can work something out.

As far as tips...300 times a years puts you in the position that the learning curve should be short...just experiment and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
