Hello from Australia
Posted: August 26th, 2019, 5:50 pmI've recently purchase a YS640 and as my Username suggests, I'm here to Master my Yoder. I've had 3 cooks so far and although some of the food has been incredible (I still have dreams of those delicious potatoes), some of it has been pretty bad (Chicken Sausages cooked direct on the Grill Grates with the Heat Diffuser removed was awful). Having cooked on a Weber Kettle for several years, it feels like I'm back at square one, learning to cook again. I haven't done a low n slow cook with it yet so I'm looking forward to giving that a try this weekend.
