YS640 since 2014

Hi

If I ever registered I’ve forgotten the login long ago.

Been a happy 640 owner for 4.5 years. My favorites are ribs and chicken, but I also smoke brisket when I have the time. Always smoke the TG & Christmas turkeys, too.

For a few years I’ve been serving up a half pig for Labor Day (up to about 90# will fit if I segment the shoulder and ham and put them up top). Also, I love to make porchetta at least yearly. Watch out for the fat production on both of these!

Definitely a learning curve over the Weber bullet but well worth it. Only glitch I’ve had is the thermocouple went this week. Can’t wait for new control board upgrade.
