I have just started using my new 640....so far (maybe beginners luck); everything from prime rib roast, pork belly, beef ribs and pork ribs have turned out heavenly. I am having problems getting rid of my neighbors...
I always thought smoking would produce the best bbq results...now I know. Sure wish I would have bought the 1500... could supply neighbors with weekend bbq; and turn this passion into a money “Pit”!
Now for a leg of lamb...
