Hey everyone, I just ordered my YS640 last week and it's scheduled to be here at the end of the month. I'm beyond excited here in Knoxville, TN. I'm new to Pellet Cooking so any advice would be welcomed. I do have one question. What does everyone recommend for the initial Burn IN when I received the cooker? Have a great weekend.

Welcome to the forum, and thanks for joining the group!
Per the owner's manual, the initial burn should be performed at 350 degrees for at least an hour to burn off factory oils.
