Hello All,
I purchased a Yoder ys640 about 2 months ago and have been loving it. Got multiple racks of ribs, couple chickens, and one brisket under my belt so far and have appreciated being able to glean all the info on this site. Wanted to sign-up and introduce myself first before trying to pick some brains and hopefully be able to contribute some of my own cooks on here along the way .

Welcome. Had mine a little over a year. No regrets on the purchase. Everything has turned out great. Ribs, brisket, steaks, chicken, pulled pork, prime rib, even deviled eggs.
