Posted: March 29th, 2019, 12:56 amI have been wanting a Yoder for a couple of years, I went on a business trip to Kansas and arranged for a factory tour in Hutchinson. I saw how well they were made and ended up buying one from all things barbecue in Wichita.
While I was walking my dog through the neighborhood a neighbor called out “hey is that a Yoder hat?” A guy only a few blocks from me has a 680.
It was delivered on Tuesday. I seasoned it on Thursday by running a bag of charcoal through it with some fatty meat scraps on it. And it’s ready for its 1st cook this weekend!
