Ys640 with orange comp cart ordered
Posted: March 22nd, 2019, 9:55 amJust ordered the 640, this will be my first time to use a pellet smoker. I have been using indirect grilling with a Phoenix grill for the last 12 years which is the way I prefer to grill (no flare ups). I have been looking for a replacement smoker/grill for a couple years and found the Yoder, this smoker provides me the option of using the 2 piece diffuser for both direct and indirect grilling! I ordered the ys640 with the competition cart along with about every option available. Looking forward to it’s arrival!
