Just ordered a YS-640 on the orange competition cart and can’t wait to get it delivered! Don’t have a clue what I’m going to cook first, it I’m sure it’ll taste better than my current set up. Look forward to researching and learning from this site the proper way to cook on the Yoder. Oh this is going to be a long week for sure.
