Just introducing myself

Just joined this forum and I'm a newbie at using the YS640. I've had my smoker for about 6 to 8 weeks now and have been very happy with it. It is an upgrade from my Traeger Texas Elite which I've had for about 6 years now. I love my Yoder and have been using it to smoke mainly ribs and I did a brisket about 3 weeks ago and it was the 1st one I have done in about 3 years or so. This one came out perfect and I was very pleased with it as was my family.,
I'm hoping to learn from members of this forum and I hope to be able to contribute as well.
