I bought a YS640 this past Apri from Sam's NW BBQ in Sherwood Oregon. I've done all the prep burns and it cooks fine, however it pops fuses every 5 minutes starting a week ago. Downloaded the manual and disconnected the igniter and it cooks fine. With the money I spent this is a bit concerning. It would seem that it should last or is there a quality issue here.
