Hi all... I'm new to smokers... Just picked up a YS 480. Don't cook for large groups so I thought this will more than meet my needs.

Been doing some experimenting with mixed results so far. Some great food and some just fair. Hope to hone my skills and get more consistent over time, with a little help from the forum members.

Thought the 480 would meet my needs, and it would most of the time..... But.... Made a fair deal with my local dealer and traded up to the 640.... Did my first cook on it tonight. Happy, Happy, Happy. :D
