Well yesterday I made a 2.5 hour drive to The Grill Store in Delaware to pick up my first Yoder YS640. Man this thing is a tank. Got home to late to fire it up and I'm working through the weekend. Monday can't come soon enough, might have to call out sick.
My love for grilling started with a Weber 13 years ago when I lived in Florida using it most days of the week, which I still use. Since then I've acquired a Kamado Joe 7 years ago and a Meadow Creek PR42 5 years ago. The little Weber just doesn't handle a growing family anymore so the research began. I was down to the Yoder and Rec Tec but my favorite YouTube griller (Malcom Reed) uses the 480 and reviews we're just off the chart to me. So now I've joined this family and can't wait to fire it up.
