Greetings from Valdese, NC... Inam lookimg forward to putting this 640 through its paces and churning out some great food. I received this grill on Thursday and spent Thursday and Friday becoming familiar with how it behaves and functions in general. I am quite impressed and looking forward to cooking this coming week.
