Bought myself a new YS480 after lots of research and looking at other pellet smokers. This thing is like a tank compared to other pellet smokers I looked at locally. I have only done one cook so far. Planning on doing some pork this weekend. Done some smoking on Weber gas grill with smoke boxes. With this unit my hopes are to step it a level.
