After a year or more of looking to a new offset I ended up with a loaded Wichita. I had a Royal Oak offset for the last 10 years or so. I'm about 5 hours into my first pork cook on the Yoder, I did cook chicken one night after work. There is a bit of a learning curve but I think I've got it mostly figured out. I do plan to buy a Yoder pellet smoker in the future, I'll start butts and brisket in the Wichita for a couple hours and then move to the pellet before bed time. My ribs are getting close , I'll update later.
