Hello from Idaho. Been smoking on charcoal bullet smoker and electric smoker. Have done a lot of research and I'm going to get a Cheyenne. I've always wanted an offset and I wanted to do it right the first time, which is why I am going with Yoder. Putting the money down on one at my local BBQ shop beginning of next month. Really excited and can't wait.
