I've been grilling (burning?) meat for over 50 years and started using a smoker exclusively about 7 or 8 years ago. Wanted to get a stick burner for the past year but kept talking myself out of it. Why delay the inevitable? I'm not getting any younger.
I hope to get a tip here now and then that will help me along my new journey.
