Settled on a fully loaded Wichita yesterday. Can't wait for it to be built and delivered. Been smoking for a few years now. Started with the grill, moved to a electric wood chip (subsequently modified to add an external fire box) and now the Wichita. Currently weathering a bilzzard in New England, but spring will be here soon enough.

trisalsa, Has it arrived yet? I ordered a Loaded Wichita about the same time you did and got it yesterday. It's beautiful!
