Good afternoon. I'm returning my Louisiana Grill and thinking about a Yoder Pellet grill. I had a lot of temperature deviation on the LG. Are the Yoder's very consistent and accurate as far as temps go?

Like a stick pit and your oven, you can see 50 degree swings, but usually much less. Out side temps, opening of the lid, pellets etc make a diff. Not a big deal. You are welcome to read and dig, but my 3 YO 640 has been as consistent on steaks, ribs, fish, butts, briskets, chickens. ETC.

Honestly..... Hook your fancy probes to the oven. Be amazed.

If you expect a pit to stay withing 10f of set temp, they ain't made it yet. Internet reading and wishing in one hand, reality in the other......
