GMG Convert

Hello all


I'm a Green Mountain Grill convert (Jim Bowie model). Hoping my Yoder keeps more accurate temps than my GMG. It was often off by three digits.

Anyway, my Yoder YS640 just arrived this morning and my first impression was how heavy the Yoder was. Reading the specs doesn't do it justice. This thing is literally a tank! Just finished my break in so throwing some ribs on it shortly.
