After two long years, i am a proud owner of a loaded wichita. Sitting here watching the blue smoke billow out of the smoke stack is such a perfect site. Today is my first cook on it and although it is raining (surprise surprise) the wichita is doing really well.
I have two pork butts, a brisket, and i am putting a turkey breast on.
