Yes, the Bigdog is in the house. My name is Steve Hamous and I am the Pitman for Andy Groneman at the monthly ATBBQ cooking classes. If you haven't been to one of those, you need to. AG is an amazing cook and he will take your game to the next level. He can do such amazing things with 640 the I had to buy one after cooking on it.
