Got my loaded Witcheta few weeks ago. Got it all seasoned up. For the first cook did a couple of chickens. This past weekend did two pork butts, ribs, beans and stuffed jalepenos. The butts had a beautiful bark, so far I couldn't be more happy with the performance.....Thinking of doing a brisket this weekend.
