Excited to say I just bought a YS640.....first pellet grill! starting out shopping for Traegers, ended up here! Anxious to fire it up!

Welcome to the forum and thanks for joining the group! Everyone has different rituals for new smokers, but my first slow cook is always ribs and first fast cook is always steak.

Welcome aboard! Pork butts are very forgiving.
