Ordered a Loaded Wichita about three weeks ago and can't hardly wait until it gets here!! I did a brisket this weekend in my COS and had some major issues maintaining heat. (it is still a little cold here in Ohio) Looking forward to cooking with a quality smoker!

You will enjoy that smoker. Learn it and you will never look back. The quality is so good you can pass it on to the grand kids!
