Happy New Owner in Dallas, TX

I'm not new to outdoor cooking, learned to cook whole hog over hickory and oak as a kid (haven't been a kid for a looong time). I've cooked on most platforms available. Received my YS640 on Thursday and chicken was the first cook. Cooked ribs, done 3-2-1, on Friday. I'm very impressed with out of the box results. Looking forward to learning more from this forum. Pork butts are list for tomorrow.
