Hi all, My name is Ed and I picked up my Loaded Wichita 2 days ago and all I can say is that beast is awesome. I had to retire the ole Char Griller because the hole in the smoke chamber got too big to cover with aluminum foil. I finished the initial burn/ seasoning the night I got it and it is ready to make some meat. Once the pit got up to temp it was amazing how little wood it took to maintain. By far the best thing I have done in BBQ is buying this smoker. One more thing, that log lighter absolutely rocks. I used to start my lump in a chimney on a king cooker burner, not anymore! Excellent product!
