Well, you will just have to make mine to see!

4 lb corn kernels, frozen Is fine--in fact WAY better than canned
1 stick butter sliced into pieces
2 - 8oz cream cheese - cut into chunks--you heard me
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 c heavy whipping cream
1 T crushed tarragon
Optional but I like it—I minced jalapeno (seeds removed)
salt and pepper

Put in Large crock pot and cook slowly until hot...

Bet it would be amazing if cooked in a heavy dutch oven or cast iron pan without lid and set in pellet smoker at 200. Might just have to give this a try. Might add a bit of pepper jack or sharp cheddar cheese to it too... :)

You may be right. But when I have ribs, brisket and a shoulder going I like having some stuff I can do the night before and stick in a crock pot. if i am going to use smoker space for veggies I like (for long time residency) beans or for quick grilling squash, okra, onions, peppers or even corn on the cob.

But let me know how it works for you!
