I recently replaced the Thermocouple on my YS640 and had this fire on the inside, I haven't seen a fire get this big on it before I replaced it. This is the 2nd time it happened since replacing the thermocouple, my big concern is the cause of a backburn into the hopper. I am sure I am missing some info, will fill in the best I can with any questions.

Thank you
Steve

Are both fans working: viewtopic.php?f=36&t=354

Is this happening during the first 20 minutes of pushing the START button?

Does it quiet down after the first 30 minutes after pushing START?

Ok, so I did the external/internal fan test and timed my fire and took pics at 20 mins and 30 mins, what I did notice is for some reason the fire is completely tolerable and not as large as in the original post. Will keep a eye out and check back soon...
