U28 Rev

This new rev seems to run with swings of 30+, never seem to really settle down to the plus or minus 10 degrees of my U26 rev level unit? Have had several customers report this to us. Anyone else having this issue?

If I bought my Yoder YS640 thru ATBQ do I contact them for the firmware update?

ok does the v29 upgrade make a difference, I figured out I am running v28 from mid this year.

Yes, it make a difference. It is not a requirement to update.

ok, if it makes my grill work better, then to me its worth keeping everything up to date. I'll fax the form this week. what's the turn around time been running for the update equipment?

After we receive the FAX, your name goes on the list to get sent a programmer. There could be one available immediately, or if not, when one becomes available for your position on the list. We have many programmers rotating out to customers at any given point in time, so it is hard to give you an exact timeframe.

talked to Joey yesterday and he got my fax and I think I will be lucky enough to get one pretty quick.

Got o say thanks to Joey at customer support. He got me the flash drive and cable very quickly. I'm going to put it back in the mail tomorrow after work so it can be sent back out.
