How does one go about getting a couple of parts to have on hand for the YS640? I would like to have an ignitor and a temperature probe.

Also does anyone have a good way of protecting the wire that runs to the temp. probe? I don't like how the grates can smash it when installing them.

The thermocouple cable is armored, and should not have a problem. You can put a dab of high heat silicone on the cable at the grate rail if you desire.
