I have a ys640s comp smoker that I absolutely love, got it new a few months ago probably have done 20 or so cooks on it. Last two cooks I’ve noticed when I start it up and set a temp it’s taking much longer to reach that set temperature than previously. Now I live in Florida and the last month or so we have had colder outdoor temps, getting as low as 40s during the night. Is it just that since the outside temps are colder it’s taking my smoker that much longer to reach temps or is it something mechanical? Everything seems to be working properly otherwise. For people who live in colder climates and keep their smoker outdoors how long does it typically take your smoker to reach initial temp of let’s say 275? Thanks
